What is included with Chassis Assembly

What all is included with part #2204474-309? Is it just the tunnel and front heat exchanger? Does it include the bulkhead also? I'm getting different answers on what all is included if I guy want to replace the tunnel assembly.

That part number is for a PRO RMK... No cooler... but yes it is a complete bulkhead and tunnel assembly.

Sorry, yes no cooler on the Pro.

So it includes 1017766 both halves? What about the braces and the tubular support for the steering?

NO overstructure (tubular steering support #1/#6) , resonator (muffler) mount (#17) , resonator support (#6) torque arm/mount, chafe pads (#13/#14), cross tube brace (#11) or running board edges are included...

Both bulkhead halves (1017766 & 1017765) are in place, side braces (#3/#14) are glued in place, as is the tunnel floor (#10) . ... anything that can bolt on is not included in the chassis assembly. Also has the A-arm studs (#15) mounted.

Just as shown in this pic (#12) ... but no chaincase or muffler support

The tunnel assemblies are available seperately... but the cost is not much different and when you factor in the cost of the adhesive/gun, time to take apart the old unit and install the new tunnel, you are ahead of the game to get the entire asssmbly and have your old halves as spares should you need them later.
