im having a 13 pro rmk 163 the standard weghts is 10-68 in sweden im have 11-68 know what helix do you think working best for me? tanks

Thats an open ended question. You can skin a cat a 100 ways and same goes for clutching.

I would call someone who has a setup already dialed in like Carls or MDS.

They can tell you a helix and spring combination to fit your riding style.
