what helix for team clutch on a mountain max

looking for advice for what helix and spring for team clutch on a mountain max with triple pipes.
Right now i have red spring and 54-40-46 or 54-38-46.

SLP Pipes with 144x16 track 20-40 gearing
Running Black/green spring Recommended by Tom Hartman
Red/Black was recommended by SLP
58-40-46/58-38-46 helix running in 58-40 position
Seems to work OK,
