what has happened to mountain machines

I have been trying to get them to call me back the last couple months (they owe me some $ on a return) and they don't return my messages or e-mails.

Ben is who I have been trying to get ahold of.

I don't want to badmouth them if there is some legit reason for not getting a answer, but if anyone knows anything i would appreciate a heads up.

I had the same problem with my 2 wheel kit. They will get back to you eventually.... I just called every day.

i am a dealer for them have had the same issue they have moved more times than you can imagin hope they find a place to put in some roots because they build some nice stuff

All of this doesn't shock me. They have been treating customers like crap for so long now. I know a couple of guys that worked for the company. They have all said bad things to me about the company and their practices.

There are many other wheel companies out there. Would you trust a company that moves every year? How many times can a company say "we are rebuilding" before everyone realizes that are full of $hit? It is very clear to me that they don't care about their customers if they won't return phone calls.
