I guess it is summer....here's my summer workout this year...and tomorrow my and boys get our fishing tags and start teaching them the "secrets" to catching fish.....

LOL...are you saying I don't ride my sled with skill and finesse?....

I've been getting back the old skill riding with my boys everyday...finally cleared one of the big step downs that's been keeping me down due to fear....now I only have 2 more big doubles to catch my 9yo kid!!!
