91 octane pump with a MCX running 12lbs
Don't you need to have at least a 50/50 mix of 91 and race fuel.
I should be asking what types of race fuel should be used with a turbo?

100LL and 17 pounds on my impulse front mount no problems ! Every one with a supercharger ive talked to so far has been running 50/50 at 10 pounds and strait c12 over that

Pump Premium @ 14 lbs.........sometimes it creeps to 15/16 due to pressure control valve MCX has in their kits.
And it's pretty fast

Same here pump gas 15 /16psi at 11,000 ft (varies depending on elevation) 13/14 at 9,000ft.

Why are there a lot of guys running a turbo on pump gas but all of the superchargers guys are running 50/50 if not more? whats the difference?

I run premium in my machine at 12 lbs boost with my MCX.
If you are running low boost and high octane you are just wasting money and your performance will be slightly worse than a machine running the correct octane.
I believe the superchargers run no head shim therefore they need the higher octane fuel for the same boost numbers.
