What flash and power commander map for MTNTK FIX KIT 800 CFI

What map and flash are you guys running with your MTNTK FIX KIT in a 2009 dragon 800 CFI PCIII or PC5 as I have both.

I'm not even sure what flash I have.... Last time it was at the dealer was march 2010 when they installed the "updated" pistons and new flash.
