"The twin-spar chassis employs two box-aluminum spars triangulated with the steering supports and tunnel spars."

Go to www.arcticcat.com then click on sleds, then on top of page, click on technology, then click on chassis and the rear skid will show up then go below that picture and click on twin spar. It will explain everything about twin spar chassis.....

It kinda looks like an aluminum box frame. It's not heavy on my Honda dirtbike.
