Hey I found this 02 mini cooper in the auto trader, and most mini coopers in around this year sell for around $10,000-25,000. This one was listed at $4,900. Has some performance kit on it and what not, looks killer. So I email him to see if that price is for real, here's the email I get back from him. What do you think? spammer? Link to the add.

We see these guys all the time on Craigslist and Kijiji. They say that they insist on using Ebay protection to make sure that the vehicle purchase goes smooth. It is all a SCAM. Don't even sned them another email. You can't pick it up becasue it doesn't exist.

All this is BS. Just tell him to draw up the papers and have them overnighted to you. This will cost him some bucks and is more fun. You can than tell him you want to get a picture of him holding up a sign with your name on it...Tell him you only do business face to face and you will do it this way. It is kinda fun jerking these guys around and at least you get some satisfaction out of it...plus it distracts them from rippping more peeps off.

Like who owns a custom Supra there?
Told him I would meet him there "tomorrow" with cash and he went on to say it could only be shipped as he was out of the country.
Run as fast as you can.......or fawk with them as much as possible.
