what do you guys think of slednecks outerwear?

Looking at the freeride line wondering if any one has it and how well it works for overall use fall to spring?

I bought one of their jackets (no $#(#(& pants left, damnit!) for riding this year and I loved it. I didn't overheat once, and I wasn't cold at all.

I'm going to order a whole suit this year once they release the new stuff.

Are they good in the deep powder? I didn't see that they were gortex. I have been wearing klim for the last three years, and have worn them out. I am looking for something besides the I look like him klim outfit!

Mine were good for the first dozen rides then they start to get wet, windproof no problem, but not that water proof. Wont spend that much for a so/so quality product again. There designs are great though. Wish Klim would liven it up a bit.

Slednecks has too much of a name with it in terms of "hey look at me, I want to be just like the guys in the videos" That's all I see when I look at their gear. It may be great stuff, I don't know. To me it seems more of a image then quality gear.

I choose Klim because it stands the test of time, simple, not in your face flashy with stupid colors etc and no checkered flags and terms like Racing, or Team, or X this and that. When you buy Klim you are investing in some great clothing that will last. It keeps you dry, period. I have had my gear now since 2003 and it still looks brand new and they haven't changed much at all which is exactly why I like it.

i have an all black slednecks jacket , what ever one was on sale for 99.99 and its been awsome not the best jacket in the really wet snow but for 100$ it lasted me the year so it can retire to a quadding ,campping or spare jacket

My g/f wears a Slednecks jacket.......not too flashy but very functional. She says she likes it a lot.....way warmer/dryer than her Cat jacket.

Works good for me too cause who doesn't love a girl in Slednecks gear......or any gear for that matter!!!!!!
