What do you guys do to protect your truck from rock chips

New duramax and wanting to protect it as much as possible. Getting clear bra put on front and oem mud fllaps on rear only. Truck is all stock so not sure if flares would help a whole lot. I was going to put front flaps on for added protection. And what do you think about clear bra on the rocker panels?

I had clear bra put on the entire front end, lights, and rocker panels. A little pricey but looks better than chips and rust. Front mud flaps protect your truck more than the rear does, I'd be adding them if I was you.

I use the GM molded mud flaps front and rear. 6 inch factory rectangular steps. If your truck has a painted grill and front bumper I would clear guard it. I went with the chrome bumper and grill just for that reason. The painted ones look cool the first day, but they chip bad. Lund also makes a really cool hood protector. I put clear guard on the front of the rear fenders on the last one, but it had amp steps that offer no protection and wheels that stuck out a ways.

Also use clear bra or plasti-dip on the rocker panels, clear bra on front bumper, mirrors and tailgate too.

Husky kickback flaps, factory hood deflector, fender flares and wheels that don't push the tire out of the wheel well.

My last truck had no front flaps and it really accelerated the stone chips. It had flaps in the rear, but they were too short to protect it all. The Husky flaps on my new truck go much lower. It may not look cool, but it won't be a rusted out jalopy in a few seasons.

I use the clear guard film on the grill, bumper, headlights, driving lights, first 16" of the hood, 8" of the fenders, mirrors and door edges. Also use the GM molded mud flaps.

Line x 8” up on the hood entire front grill and bumper fender flares and rockers also don’t forget the tailgate and rear bumper when pulling them trailers. And yes it’s pricey but so is body work and or 70-80k for a new truck

Get the biggest mudflaps you can stand front and rear.
Our truck has over 150k on it now, most winters in the mountains.
Only place I don't have to touch up rock chips is bottoms of doors and fenders it seems.
Rear wheel well liners if it doesn't have them.
New coat of black spray paint every couple-3 years on the undercarriage.
As much clear bra as you can afford.
