Wow, I gave till it made me quit and still ended up with another 150 million. Funny how it cuts you off, "you must wait 24 hours, go to bed and think about what you've done" I would be great if the Fed had something slowing them down like that. I still don't know what we're supposed to do with them, I wish we could use our points to go beat up hippies on the leaf licker forums or something.

I just gave you 21 million green rep points. When you give someone green rep, you give them 10% of your total rep points. Max rep is 2,147,483,647 points. If you hand out red, it is 5% of your total rep points.
