Haven't paid much attention to my user panel until I was contemplating slapping a smarta$$ with it the other night but thought I should give it back to some of those who've contributed. The problem is I don't really get it, I've never given green or red , can I decide how many points to give someone? Is 27 million a lot or do you frequent fliers have billions? Maybe I should just smack STUCK with it!

The amount you can give is based on the amount that you have. But it does not effect your rep count.
so, i an only accumulate rep count??
