What did you name your sled?

I have never really given "names" to my sleds for some reason but I always name my cars right away when I get them. When you are giving a formal name to a machine I feel like a guy should always give it a female name. That makes that sweet talking that is occaisonally necessary a little more genuine. Hard to talk sweet to Fred or Rick when you are in the middle of nowhere and need your sled to start!!!

As for nicknames, I called my 02 Polaris "red sled" or "red rocket" but I never gave it a formal name. Maybe that's why the motor let loose on me......

New sled (2010 LE Crossfire) is to new for a name yet. Hasn't earned one yet, still waiting on inspiration to strike.

I ride a xc 700 with a 156x2 extended from a 121 extra 10, with a diamond plate tunnel extension... monster mash

BMF! - Probably not as bad as most of the sleds on here, but it's the attitude more than anything.

I usually call my T-Nytro the Dragonslayer but some days I call it the Catskinner :face-icon-small-hap When I put it in a tree-well I have a special name for it:face-icon-small-sho

My wife named my sled Booger....well...it's green and when I am on the throttle it leaves big snow boogers behind it :noidea: :biggrin1:

Yes...when things aren't working so well it is a P.O.S.!!!

I had a 2002 Mtn. Cat 800 151 named (by my freinds) the green submarine and when it was stuck the Tankapotimus:face-icon-small-hap
Current sled I call it Sweetness.
