wet turbo

was skipping water this weakend and hit kill switch water was just deep enough to fill moter.took sparkplugs out tipped up side and drained.changed oil in turbo started first pull run fine the rest of the day. has any one else done this do you think it is ok.think you.:face-icon-small-fro:face-icon-small-

Yes we have done the same thing. And we had the same outcome, we drained the motor and it ran fine for about 200miles and then she siezed up. The problem was when the machine went into the water into of course went in hot, then when it filled with cold water it tempered the piston rings, and finally they broke and cause a siezed motor.

Sorry for the bad news, but I would probably pull the motor apart now instead of later on the trail!

Thanks
