Went riding yesterday

Between the night before last and yesterday, we got between 25" and 30" of snow at my house south of Bozeman Montana. That is an eleation of about 5260'. So naturally i was required to ride in this awesome fluff so here you goI will quit talking and give you some pictures and videos. This was the first time i have ever ridden my new sled!!! I was about as giddy as a school girl on prom night!

this is what i had to shovel to get my sled out. All the snow slides off of that metal roof right in front of the sliding doors

One ninja (me) a scoop shovel and 45 minutes later!!!!

actually i took my probe out and no i was not wearing my beacon though i considered it. I had to have all of the gear i do not feel like i am riding without my pack on, out of principle, you know.

bring that big turd on over nick, I am going to be gone hunting on saturday and then sunday i have to study for a statics test so i dont think a longer ride is in my forecast but oh well
