Wells Cargo Fun Wagon

I have a 1997 Wells Cargo 24' Fun Wagon. It is a in-line trailer, only 6' wide roguhly. It is not a V nose but does have double doors, extended V tongue and a ramp that attaches to the trailer.

When I try to drive off from the front of the trailer using the ramp I cannot seem to clear the Door frame. I have to get off and swing the track around to clear it.

My question is when this trailer was designed, was it designed to be loaded from the Front of the trailer or from the back of the trailer?

Well I heard back from Wells Cargo

The trailer was designed to be loaded from either direction. They stated even the V-Front models have issues with only a 5' foot door and the track still need to be swung around to get out. They have a new Model (FW272-V) that has a 6' foot door, but buying a new trailer right now is not an option.

I am going to try extending the current ramp and lesson the angle required coming out of the doors by doing this the turn radius will not be as great.

By changing the Tongue Jack to a swing away, I will have a little more room to play with.

If this works I will post some photo's in case anyone else has the same problem.
