2010 600 IQ been at the dealer about two weeks. I brought it back to them after a 185 miles on it, it developed the volt meter drop, then flashing at one bar. Any touch of the brake or switches the Instrument panel would blank and tach would drop off. No head/tail lights either. Sled idled and ran same as always, ripping. But they(dealer) can not duplicate this after several trial runs. Suggestions, I've been fishing around for a cause but nothing jumps out, it could a number of things.
 
The same exact symptoms happened to me. Tapping on the brake and all. Started it back up and never happened since. I was thinking it had to do with the Voltage Regator/ capacitor. Maybe something loose inside and it just happens to re-connect?
 
Yep, POS voltage regulator, and possibly the ECU.

Atleast replacing these items has been a temporary fix for some guys. I say temporary cause noone knows what is the actual problem. Wether it's bad VR's, or other problems causing them to fail.
