Looking to try and shed just a couple pounds on the old Rev... What if anything are you guys doing to shed a few pounds?

Ditched the oil injection
Ditched the Steel adrenaline loop handlebars
Ditched the tail light rack cluster piece of junk
Ditched the limiter strap adjuster parts
Ditched the stock pipe and can
Ditched the outer idler wheels-also installed 2 wheel kit
Ditched the stock adrenaline seat
Ditched the front track shock rubber boot.
Installed X package shocks and brake rotor
Ditched the sway bar, toe stir-ups, reverse beeper.
Installed aluminum upper control Arms
Ditched the windshield
Ditched the carb heaters

Thats all I can think of at this point.
The next steps are to get a lexan hood and have my friend with a manual mill remove material from the rails.

Aluminum upper arms? Never heard of them, who makes them? How well do they hold up?

I was thinking of building a set but since I had never seen any I thought that maybe they did not exist. I was also thinking aluminum rear arm for my skid with a single float.

I picked them up this summer off of CL. I have no idea who made them or how they will hold up but couldn't pass them up for $80, especially since one of mine was bent anyway. I would look at the Ti or chromoly ones tho, you know they will hold up. I think the aluminum ones will be just fine as long as they don't find a tree.
