Weighed my production 146M E-start Catalyst today.

The 2.6 lug 2.86p tracks are substantially heavier than the 3.0 3.5p tracks so it's to be expected the 146 isn't the lightest version.

536 Stock, 510 with a can and no battery. no need to make people wait just becuase they dont have IG.
My 19’ alpha 800 165 3” full of fluids and no E-start was 538lbs. So not that impressed with a 146 600 weighing pretty much the same. My 22’ Polaris boost 165 2.75” track and no e-start was 532lbs, full of fluids, spare belt and plugs.

Well the 146 track weighs more than a 165 and this has electric start...

Wishful thinking that cat would drop a game changer, lighter than doo but looks like equivalent models Polaris is still the lightest sled even with the 2 gallons of extra fuel.

These weights seem to be jumping all over the place. I saw a video of a guy with a digital scale showing 472 for a 165 with no gas. Anybody else have a real world weight for a 165 Catalyst?
That 472 is most likely with what fuel the dealer put in for initial start up, few gallons

That's because there are a lot of variables.

People are weighing them both with and without a full tank of gas. Needs to have a full tank to be consistent because who knows how much each dealer put in them during pdi. Oil too.

There is a pretty good difference between 3" models and 2.6" models, and then you throw electric start into the mix and that's another factor. There's a 32lb difference between the lightest, non e-start model and the heaviest, 2.6" + e-start model according to the dry weight specs posted above.

Now that the 858s are here, there are even more options that add to that variance like the shock packages, G8 gauge, and more track options.
