Week of Feb 5th snow conditions

Avy danger is high, especially on northern facing slopes........

Snow is getting packed and the powder is lacking........

With that said, we have been having a blast out on tha back side of Taylor. Found some untouched areas.

You can wind up the track and dig down to sage brush if you want to. Sugary base if you can call it that.

Need more snow, but dont cancel your trip, there is good snow, you just need to find it.........
