They all the same until the Extra 10 and Extra 12 front suspension. The extra 10 belly pan will fit the older models but don't the older belly pan will fit the newer shock towers on the Extra 10 suspension. the Extra 10 started on the 95 XCR and then the XC then the 97 and up RMKs
As for the wedge hood they all the same just different color and or air vents.

Also depends on if the sled in question has inboard or out board trailing arms.... They arent all the same.

I don't believe there were any wedges with inboard trailing arms... '00 Gen II was the first for that.

The bellypans are slightly different on the different wedges in the exhaust outlet location as well. No big deal to change it.

They '97/'98 domestic twin belly pan is slightly different than the others as well, but it will go on... you just have to drill holes in a different locations and the piece over the bottom of the chaincase is slightly different.

The 98 xc 700 has inboard trailing arms

some 98 xc had them not all this goes for 600 as well ...

ALL 98 6 and 700 XC models have the tipped in trailing arms, as did the 97 and 98 XCR 440's, I have never seen a 98 6 or 7 without them, so unless you can provide proof I don't believe it, I have owned 3 98 700 XC's and they all had tipped in trailing arms.

i dont have any pics that i can find ... but just for funzies call up a polaris dealer an ask for a trailing arm for one i bet they ask you if its inbord or out or they will ask for the vin...

98 RMK 6 and 700's have outboard T-arms, The XC's do not, The RMK's have the standard Extra 10 front suspension with CRC, The XC's have the XC-10 front suspension which is the tipped in trailing arm suspension, maybe that is what is confusing you, I'm not trying to start a argument just stating the facts, here are a couple of pictures of 98 6 and 700 RMK's and they have the outboard T-arms, again like I said I have neverseen a 98 XC 6 or 7 with outboard trailing arms.
