Sounds like more "thought control" for the masses. BO is waaayyy out of control!!!!!!
Funny you mention that, I just watched a special about controlling things with your mind. There is a device that you can attach to your neck near the vocal cords that can read your THOUGHTS that you want to say. They had it hooked to a wheel chair and this kid was driving it around by thinking forward, back left or right.
Another segment was on implanting a chip in your brain to control robot arms...they had one in a monkey that was feeding himself with a robotic arm.
the other section that was more related to your post was the research being done on beaming thoughts into peoples heads. Since communication in the brain is done by chemical/electrical means, they can identify how they work and send (sound/electrical?) waves towards a person and as they pass through our body the brain supposedly picks up the words or message inbedded in the waves.
