Just wanted to let you know how well I have been treated at I90. I was new to sledding last January and got a referral from a friend to go in there. Went to a couple other places too. Bought sleds and all my gear from them. My nephew tore up his sled riding at Salmon la Sac. Parts needed to be ordered and installed. They recommended a less expensive way to repair(just re-using some parts that had cosmetic damage) than I asked for. Coulda took the new guy for a few more bucks, what do I know right. Well parts are ordered and installed in 3 working days. No wrong parts, no excuse just good work fast. I see some people love them and some who used them before who aren't happy but I would encourage you to give them a try. They are making a big push to be the go to place in Washington for Ski Doo sleds, parts and service. Also they are stocking some of the harder to get aftermarket stuff and have become an Aerocharger dealer. Most don't say anything when things go right and bitch to high heaven when something goes wrong.

i ride for i 90 for snowmobiling and they are the best dealer ive ever delt with. always have parts in stock and fast service on sleds. ive been to alot of dealers here in washington and montana idaho and canada and still think i 90 is number one. great dealer check them out!!!!!!!

i have seen alot of dealers come and go over the years. i-90 is going strong because of the quaility people and products. they always try to give the lowest price in town and will be there when we need them. thanks remko,brent,link and curt.

Glad to know that there are other guys getting great service too. I got a call today from I90. I did a pretty complicated deal with them. 3 new sleds, 3 trades, ton of accessories and parts, oil, riding gear( I buy 98% of my stuff from them) etc. Some where in the math I didn't get credit for my snow check money I put down. I have been meaning to get a copy of the receipt and go over it slowly this time but haven't followed through on it. Curt at I90 went through it for me and figured this out. Just gave me a call and said we owe you $1500. Pretty freaking cool(I know I should have seen it myself and I would like to think that I would have noticed it at some point) that they would double check their work and own up to me over paying. Not sure every shop I have been to looking at sleds would have done the same thing. Thanks again, I90 Motorsports in Issaquah Washington for the great service, fair prices and integrity.

Just picked up a Erect 154 X today.

Nice to see a local dealer that actually stocks everything I need....even the high dollar items you want to see as a consumer but typically have to roll the dice and special order to get your hands on. Stuff like Snow Pulse and BCA Avy packs, Camo Extreme and Peak tracks, Shorai batteries and all the 2012 Klim gear. I could go on and on. It's like the sno show every day in there!

I have had a great experience with I-90. I have seen them remove parts from their personal sleds and install them on mine while trying to find a problem I had on my 09 XP. Props to Remko and Tom.

I have had Remko and Tom bend over backwards numerous times to fix a sled that was not even purchased at I-90. When it came time to replace it, the choice was obvious. They are riders who know the machines and parts they sell, I have never had a bad experience there and dont ever expect to.

Aint that the truth. I bought XPs again this year but got a Pro for a spare. I'm going to have them do as much of the service as I can on the pro. Everything but warranty work.

I stopped in yesterday and they exceeded my expectations again. I own a business and know how hard it is to develop the culture of exceptional customer service. These people have it figuired out. I sent a friend there last week to buy a new ski-doo. As far as my needs go... they are the only dealer in the state. FYI I did price check on some of the items I bought and found their prices were lower than online even when you add in the WA state sales tax.
