Waterskiiers, sweet Columbia River Lots...

We have some good stuff for your recreation pleasure... community waterfront with 1/2 mile of sandy beach, 1 acre community park, glass smooth Columbia River... and 5 miles from Black Canyon snopark, and 50 minutes from Hwy 20 and Harts Pass... if you like that sort of thing.

Thanks for looking,

Jet:

I went to your site and looked at the properties, very nice! I would love to own some riverfront property, but I am 1,000 miles away.

BTW isn't this sign on one of the lots self evident? If you actually need this sign, I wonder what kind of windowlickers would be my neighbors.

Dang, we don't need more people on the river up there. LOL already too many showing up to fish for springers and fall fish. :D
Very nice looking lots though, wish I could convince the woman to move that direction. Oh well it's only a short drive.

Short bus estates:D

HAHAHA, I just shot some spaghetti out of my nose when I saw windowlickers... then somebody said short bus estates... I'm rolling right now...

... but actually, it's community waterfront and we have an access point through a 1 acre park, (just planted 15 Thundering plum trees today, looking awesome). It's near the sandy beach and is a great congregating point for everybody.

Springers galore, steelhead everywhere, and snowmobiling 5 miles away. Location couldn't be better. Wenatchee man knows what I'm talking about.:)

Thanks for the posts guys.

What are we talking about here for price.......how big of a lot? and is it waterfront?

Jeff,

There are 6 pieces left in Columbia Run, 4 upper lots and 2 lower lots. The upper lots are going for $196K a piece and the lower 2 go for $259K and
$239K.

If somebody comes in and builds this summer, I'll sell one of the top lots for $150K, and the lower ones for $225K and $200K. They are considered PUD waterfront as any river property above Wells dam is owned 25 feet landward of the river by the Douglas County PUD. Everybody is in the same boat.

So we are Community Waterfront, therefore the windowlicker sign in one of my pictures:). But we have exclusive use of the area and are still working on getting docks. Our park is an awesome area for hanging out, and as an entrance to the sandy 1/2 mile beach.

The 2 lots that I have sold so far were to a Microsoft couple, but windowlicker's come in all shapes and sizes!

Sorry, forgot... all the lots are 1 acre or bigger, have a community water system and irrigation (just like in town), power and phone to each lot. Lot pricing below Wells Dam, (10 miles), $275,000 and up. The reason I want to sell one cheap is to get a house on the property and let people see what it's going to look like. The Microsoft couple aren't going to build yet... so somebody get's a great price and we scratch each other's backs...
