I had the same thing happen last year to mine. Get onto Ebay and look, I found a used one there for $60. Brand new, well, you might as well get rid of your machine!
Im sure the Sled Shed on Puyallup's River Road has one in their used parts inventory.
They have a ton of older used Poo parts...I buy stuff for our 96 XLT and 96 Ultra there all the time.
I know that doesnt help you in Cle Elum but they could always send it to you...pretty nice folks to work with.
