Any one had a water pump failure. Impeller broke or the likes. Lost coolant circulation. So how hard a fix is this gonna be. Can impeller be replaced with out pulling motor?

Sled already in shop, but while it sits in there yard for a week till they get to it like so insight on the water pumps. Haven’t found any threads on the pumps so not really a big problem for our motors out there. But, you shop guys would know what details of what to maybe expect. ?
Update: water pump shaft, crank , bearings, being replaced. Appears splines didn’t align.
So if you lose circulation you are also losing your motor. Throw snow on your motor and get back quick! Haven’t found a single thread on this so seems to be a stand alone issue
