Sounds to me like they need a state certification program (for operators)like we have here in Cali.. also sounds like alot wouldn't pass!!!!!!!!!!! No set grooming times will work, gotta go with the weather 35 degrees and falling is optimum, need an area coordinator for each system, who is a certified operator and knows the system and conditions. Cracks me up one chart showed 2 or 3 % of the near misses came at night???? Wake up peeps my pb260 has 16 halogen lights!!!!!! My new pb400 will have Xenon lights cant believe peeps couldnt see the tractor or its lights, also a near miss to me is
6" not 30' , sounds like Cali 15 years ago before our program was inacted!! Oh well next year is another year!! And we raised our green sticker fees to $50 for 2 years $25 of which goes to the grooming program!!
