The grooming report came in very late today and I was in Boise at a meeting with the Forest Service and Idaho coalition members all morning. Spent the afternoon at the Capitol testifying on HB 142 which will make certain we are able to keep our vendor system in place and make it clear that our sticker program is for supporting grooming and not proof of ownership. Thanks to the bill's sponsor, Rep. Terry Gestrin we had unanimous approval from the House Transportation Committee to move the bill to the full House with a "do pass" resolution. I just got home following additional meetings with our legislators. They did groom from Warm Lake to Deadwood Summit. I'll post in the morning on my web page sorry for the delay. It takes a lot of time to keep our roads and trails open.
