Want Yamaha 600 V-max 1996 engine

See if anyone has an engine for a 1996 Yamaha V-max mountain max. IS there any other engine compatible for this sled with out too much work?

My buddy John has a 95 V-Maxx that ran really well until his retarded son-in-law rammed it from behind with one of John's OTHER sleds....Tunnel is slighty bent and one of the pogos is toast, but it still runs good.

I'll ask him what he wants for it.

96 engine

94 and 95 engine will bolt right in, the 96 has a thicker head gasket. the thinner gasket can be used with corrected jetting. the 96 used the bigger diameter pipe, the basic same gytr pipe that could be put on the 94-95.
