A few of my guys could do that for you, We also do custom FG and Carbon fiber work. We would base it off an existing helmet and make it look like the halo.
I hope price isn't an issue, I can tell you it would be expensive.

i got dibs on a robocop helmet, i would love to see if you could make the halo 4 helmet realistic and good quality. heck im surprised we dont see more custom helmets out there?
