Wallace/Lookout

Hey guys,

I have always wanted to ride in wallace or lookout, but don't know where to go and don't have any buddies that ride that area. I would really appreciate any help. Since I moved out here to Cheney I really don't ride with many people and still just drive all the way up to priest lake since I know that area well and usually run into someone I know up on the hill. Any knowledge helps. Thanks

Sent you a PM last week. There is about 2" of snow above 5,000 ft. as of Saturday. It's getting closer to winter.

the riding out of wallace, is ok. you are much better going to mullan and unloading out of the fish hatchery(actually not quite the hatchery but pretty close, new parking lot). you have a groomed trail with lots of clear cuts. and you can make your way to the taft warming hut.

or you can unload just into montana at the taft exit and there is some really good tree riding up either rainy or dominion creek.
