Wall mount TV ideas - hiding wires

I'm looking to get a flat screen TV for my basement and have it wall mounted. The problem is that I have a knee wall (foundation block) that I need to deal with for running the wires. Do any of you have ideas on how to run the wires down through the wall and get past the ledge obstacle without cutting out extra sheet rock? On a regular straight vertical wall it would be no problem, but I'm a little stumped. If you have any links or pictures, that would be great.

Here is what I would do in this case.

Drywall is easy to fix...........

Find the studs in the wall and hog out a 12"x12" section of wall that spans each stud.

Drill a hole in the studs with a right angle drill big enough for your wires. Get yourself around the corner nearer the window in your picture. Then go down to the floor and install a mudring. Put all your stereo components in the corner...

Patch everything up and paint the wall and you are good to go.........

Ther'es speaker wires that are essentially flex circuits, copper traces printed on flexible plastic with some adhesive on one side so it's like a tape. Those can be painted over, no need to drill holes... but I don't think that stuff would work too well with a video signal.

goto home depot and find something similar to these. Used one in my brothers house after her ran the wires and the morons who put the alls up took the wires he had run up in the ceiling and clipped them off. Had to run the wires a second time. http://www.wallsnake.com/index.html
