Walker Evans Rear Shock question

Hey guys, I have Walker Evans shocks on my 05 Fusion 900 and took notice that on the front track shock the steel braided line from the canister with the adjustment knob to the shock itself is loose where it goes into the shock. Can it just be tightened up or has it lost all of its pressure or oil, or whatever travels through this line and needs rebuilt?

Time to rebuild, oil will leak out and lose the notro pressure...and while your at it grind a little relief in the lower mounting tab for that line.

Thanks, does anybody know a good place to get them rebuilt pretty cheap and still be done right with quick turn around? I know tall order but I have little experience with them and don't want to screw em up.
