Wake up 09 m8

need more power I do not want to run race gas or put on a turbo. thinking port job pipe air box mod. powercomander.what is the best combo?

hey

I'm running the slp pipe kit and bdx intake, and love it on my 09 hcr. The weight loss made a huge difference also. I'm also running a 48/36 helix, rock rollers, and shift assist. The sled goes like right now, and pulls hard.

Agree with AKTreeKiller

I have the same set up as Tree Killer and Agree...it works well and is rock solid stable. BTW this at 6000-8000

You two with the BDX intake and the SLP pipe kit, are you guys running a fuel controller with it? Some people say you need to some people say you don't...

hey

I'm not running a fuel controller, and everything looks good. A riding buddy of mine is running bdx intake, bmp head, pipe, and can on on a crossfire 700 with no problems.

i have put a set of twin pipes with a pure logic controller, boysen reeds, the
4" intake, cutler 75-85 adj. weights, the '10 mountain seat, and fox floats up front. Sled pulls really hard and is making some good HP. Still dialing in controller but should have it soon. Also put on the side panels and frogskin all over.

I have a 09 hcr and run the slp pipe kit and slp intake with no fuel controler and it is still plenty rich and runs awesome everywhere it is als really important to have your clutches dialed in 68 gram cat weights, rock rollers, shift assist, and belt deflection adjuster. 70grams work well with a 153 track but I went to a 162 and dropped my weights to 68 and the set up works flawless and most of our riding is around 8000ft.
