wahl anti rachet drivers

Run as big drivers as possible.
My vertical had a 159" track stock, it had 9tooth 2,52 pitch drivers.
It might not clear rails if you are using non-slips. Cut rails if it wont fit.
I always lift up the sled and remove springs from suspension when mounting something new, then i can try if it moves freely without any binding.

I had to cut my rails when i was installing a 162" track in my vertical.
I removed the plastic tips, cut so i had proper clearence and installed a anti stab axle on the front of the skid.

I replaced the axle that the straps are mounted to with the anti stab axle.
Slides are secured with a screw under the rails, there is one there already.
The end caps are not holding the slides at all, remember that the track moves backwards:face-icon-small-win
Its probably possible to refit the end caps further back and dont cut as much as i did. It just used a angle grinder and cut them off.

Here you go Cut the rails back i beleive 1.1/4 Inch reshape the rail caps on a band saw Move the skid back the holes ore already in the bracketts they just need to be drilled bigger be sure and do front and back .When you cut the rails back just reshape them the same as they were. Wahl are hit or miss on these sleds avids are the way to go in fact i probably have a drive shaft with avids already installed for a good deal there 9 tooth.
