VP 96 oxygenated fuel

Just a heads up on VP fuel. I bought a can last winter (of the 110) that was contaminated. I contacted them and they briefly spoke with me, and once I provided them with pictures they ghosted me. Not a word since. Customer service sucks. I am now using $20/gallon filtered 110 in my lawn mower. I recommend some other brand
The RX96 blend? Their site says it's 3.76% oxygenated. Is that enough of a difference to feel any meaningful power gain? I see it's a bit cheaper than something like U4.4 that is 7.5% oxygenated, but the 96 might not require changing the fueling.
