Voltage???

Yesterday we were riding at around 5500-6500 ft. running straight 100L, 7lb spring controller turned right down. 74G whts, 2011 Pro,with Silbers 2012 kit, all supplied/recommended cluching. 3-ft heavy powder.
OK now that the background is done, the sled ran very good all day. The problem is I have noticed last couple of rides my AFR gauge is not geting enough power at idle (1700 rpm) i have to throttle it up to 2100 aprox to get it to stay powered up and not give me a error. when i first installed the kit it would come on and stay on around the 1650-1700 rpm idle. seems to me like maybe the voltage is degrading? at the end of the day on the trail home my controller seemed to act funny, i would shut off the sled and re-start it. would work 'normally' for a while then start to act funny again. seemed like it would see boost 'blue light' and then see no boost 'blue light' but i could hear the bov valve venting boost. i did this senerio about 10 times and it seemed consistent. I am not sure if these are related, or if maybe the controller got moisture in it. gonna try to dry it out and take a look through the sled and see if i can see anything obvious. any ideas? :canada:

well, as I got looking around I dont think the voltage issue was related to my boost issue.. it looks like the boost controller pivot rod is rusting? when i try to move it by hand it seems sticky. would this prevent the boost from comming on early like it did when first installed? it seems to have boost(blue light) at WOT and work good. is there someway to service this peice of the turbo? I only have 4 rides on this new kit.
