This would be interesting. Curious if they would continue to run Cummins Diesel products or run VAG products.

I would think Cummins has too much of a following in the 2500/3500 class rigs to drop it. Might be some additional revenue from Nissan with the rumored 5.0 Cummins to help support the deal.

I'm not sure I'm too excited about this deal. The cool vehicles we think we could use here in the US never quite make it through EPA emissions or some other hurdle so we only get to read about them. I can't say that this conglomerate merger would make much of that any better.

If anyone has shown that they are willing to bring small diesels to the US, it has been VAG.
