i talked to a gal that was the orig. rep in ca. for a.b.s. she said that there will soon be a remote trigger option. your riding partner would set it off i you are on the hill and a slide stats. she said that it done by radio frequency. dont know any more. she is located in whistler bc. said that she stopped selling a.b.s. because of the canister shipping problems.in mid 04.

That is a really cool idea! If you can trust your friends not to pull the cord on a standard one you should be fine with that set up too.

I think IRONMAN may have tested the speed theory after an accidental ABS inflation, and pretty sure it was OK at 100mph+
