We mainly have some banking info on our church computer using a non profit software(can't think of the name) and was using CA antivirus. well we got some malware on it, like "anti malware doctor" and the other deacon purchased "StopZilla" and it didn't help. anyways we also have a back up zip or hard drive, haven't backed up in 2 months but it was still plugged in, then we unplugged it. my question is if we back up now, will we infect the backup drive? and what anti malware software will actually take off something like this? I can reformat but will this take if off? btw, we took off the CA anti virus and put on AVG that we had. when we left last night it was still doing a scan so I'm not sure if it will help. thanks a million
