viper kill switch issue

Does your viper crank over with the kill switch on? gauges do not light up, fuel pump does not come on but starting system still has power. will not start! I was wondering if anybody else see this yet on a 14 or 15 viper yet. there is .1 amp draw when u leave the key on and use the kill switch to shut off.

Don't remember what our 14's are like, but the one 15 I put together I notice that with the key on and switch off, all power was shut off including gauge and would not crank over unlike previous 4strokes. Not sure if this helps or not, guess I didn't understand exactly what you have going on.

Your test results are normal. The 2014's as well as M9000 sleds will crank over with the kill switch pushed down.
With the key on, kill switch pressed there is a 123 Milli-amp draw. 123 Milli-amps is consistent with what a solenoid winding coil would draw inside a relay. Basically anytime the key is on, one of the relays is being energized but not passing current.

I never did trace down which relay was being energized, because I always use the key to shut the sled down. With the key off the current draw drops to 0 amps.
