Benders Instructions call for 162.5 Mains, and 52.5 pilots @ sea level. I still have my instructions and they are in good shape. I will post them up later today for ya, (my girl has a scanner at work).

Benders instructions want you to cut big holes in the air box, and remove the internals. MPI who was a Bender rep at the time did not recomend any ari box mods. They do however stress the use of the "Bender opticool" head gasket. See Below:

MPI Jetting/Clutching @ 8000ft 10-30Deg F
MJ#1 - 143
MJ#2 - 143
MJ#3 - 145
Needles - Set @ 2 position
Pilots - 60's

Weights - 8DN-10
No inner rivits
2.4grams in outer hole
14.5mm rollers
yel/wht/yel or grn/wht/grn primary spring
helix 48-42 or 48-40 roller
green secondary spring
70 deg twist
20/40 gearing

Does your viper have DCS?? I had a 2004 with the DCS system and it hated the bender pipes. I ran 157.5's at home (2200ft and down to -25 Deg C). I disconnected the DCS system in mine as it was always indicating detonation with the stock heads. I then upgraded to Peak heads and 23cc domes, the DCS was better but still tripped on the occasion. I had a mechanic buddy of mine check the motor out and he could see no signs of detonation, I then left it disconnected for the most part.

The scanner is down, I'm back to work in the am and will post the instructions up for you later in the day.

I would def. change the sec spring to a cat yellow or red much better backshift and less heat on the belt. Also I ran a 51/47 helix for 6-8000 ft. If you are higher than that I would run a 49/43. This worked great with the 835 bender kit I ran.(down low 5-6000 ft I ran a 56/50 with the 835)...02

I use 145 mains on all three not sure on the other settings. Same alt
Besure to unplug the carb vent from the air box.
