Just saw on the news that a former Vietnamese who was forced to leave Vietnam with his family as a young boy became a Captain in the United States Navy and is in command of a ship that returned to Vietnam. What a success story. I am really proud of that little guy. They escaped in a boat and were rescued by the US Navy and taken to the US 34 years ago. His father immediately took a job bagging groceries upon arrival here in the US. He had been a Captain in the South Vietnamese Navy. He said he did not want to be a burden on the people of the United States when they arrived and he took the grocery bagging job to support his family of eight. Talk about good people, this is the type of immigrants this country should be proud of. Unlike the majority who come here to take take take supported by the Liberals. This little Vietnamese boy wanted to follow in his fathers footsteps as a Navy Captain. He did it and now is a Captain in the United States Navy.
Now this is quite a fantastic story of success. This guy is one to be very proud of.
