Video of my 2009 RMK 700 Top End Bog...

ok, lets start with the big picture here. How long have you owned this sled? Have you ridden it in snow before and after this concern you have started happening? Does the sled have fresh fuel in it?

Now, the bog your talking about.... Its really hard to tell in your video whats really going on. With out being the personal operate the throttle its hard to tell if there is even a problem. Also, you cant diagnoses a running problem with no load on the engine, so just running it on the stand like that isnt really tell us anything.
The spark plugs.... again, very hard to tell what we are looking at. set the plugs on on the white piece of paper and take a few pics. when there moving around and not focused we cant tell anything. The plug that your calling "burnt" almost appears to be normal. But you actually have to ride the sled under load to read spark plugs.

Hi Eric, I got this sled last March... Got the sled empty without much gas (On Reserve) Put 30$ of fresh 91 octane right from the gas tank. Let the sled warm up to a 100 and went for a gentle ride blipping the gas... During my gentle ride burnt a spark plug. Put a new fresh plug in and the sled was up to temp. Went for a Full Throttle ride and it bogged on top end just like in the video. Very same place ! Going slowly on the throttle would be ok, When pinned even on deep snow it would bog on top end...

Had a lot of sleds before but this is my very first fuel injected sled. But I had borrowed a buddy's 2008 Dragon 800 a couple of years back which is also cfi. Pinned it to the bar without a bog or hesitation. I remember telling myself that I would love haveing a sled like that some day... Dealer suspects a bad fuel pump... I'll test again on the snow...

test your fuel psi if the psi drops when you pin it the pump is probably bad

TPS-either bad or not adjusted properly. I've seen TPS in other applications work when engine was cold but fluctuate wildly in resistance when warmed up.

Fuel Filter

Exhaust Valve?

Also do a compression test before you get too deep into this. Depending on your gauge and elevation your testing at, you could see anything between 100-150psi. The main thing is they are both with in 10% of each other and over 100 psi.

Remove both spark plugs, key turned off, hold throttle wide open and do 5 strong pulls on each cylinder. Eric

TPS was checked at dealer tested it ok 2 weeks ago ! My sled idles fine and can get up to top RPM.

Fuel filter was changed in March right before i blew the sled...

Exhaust valves where checked cleaned and opening ok. Solenoid tested ok at the dealer 2 weeks ago... I'm thinking maybe need to change the EV springs ? Probably lost there original stiffness...

The engine just came back from a full engine rebuild a month ago... Even had to buy a brand new crankcase cause a cylinder skirt went right through it... New crank, New pistons, clutch weights 10-66, new primary clutch spring, OEM reed valves still tight, EV cleaned and working... TPS checked at dealer and where to spec... Now the only thing left to do is fuel pressure... Getting so desperate I ordered a fuel pump off of EBaY from a great working sled that was sold for parts... Paid 100 for it instead of 450 for a new one... If this turns out to be the issue I'll be buying a brand new fuel pump next year for peice of mind ! To be continued... Thankx for all the help !

Forgot to mention I put a brand new fuel filter before the sled blew up ! And went to a friends house with my snowmobile stand he gave his 2015 summit a few revs on full throttle and the sled was ripping like a bat outta hell ! No top end issue at all when pinned !
