Ok so I finally got some time to put up my short video of how our ride was this morning. It was freaking cold but way fun. Like 0 degrees!!! So not much time to take the hands out of the gloves to film. I'll try to get up more later but this is all I could do right now. Bard is filming me. He is quite a hoot. Little bit of ADD lol :)

Oh yeah for those of you that might know how to work on sleds please listen to my sled and let me know if you have any ideas on what is going on with it. On my second time up the hill you can hear my sled engine slow down. I am still pinned but the RPM's drop off to 6000 after ramping up to 8000.

Any thoughts???? I did just clean the RAVE Valves a couple nights ago. Still having the same problem as before i did that.

Thanks

Looks Cold! nice powder though,
I have the exact same sled and when someone can give me a clutching setup that always works I will give you a million dollars, just the name of the game with skidoo. It was hard to tell when you were on and off the throttle but I would say clutch issues. If you haven't already start by rising clicker one number at a time, verify that all bushings are in good working condition and clean the clutch often, every 200-300 miles.

Yeah, going up the hill I was pinned the whole time. Never let off just to show what was happening. I had a new clutch put in at the end of last year but only rode maybe 100 miles after that. Was running great before the clutch broke. Oh yeah clicker is set at a 3 right now.

LOL yeah try riding with the guy. No he's cool. I really should get a helmet cam just to watch him all day long. It is quite comical. He just likes to have fun.

Yamadoo04 it was good to run in to you... briefly. I'd check the primary spring and see if it is broken.

It was dang cold.

Hard to hear exactly, but It sounded like you were either sucking snow in the air inlet or it was getting blocked off by the snow in some manner. I had a Poo that did the same thing all the time in Powder, I loathe that sound! Nice clip though!
