Video of first ride with EVO BRV and slydog skis

This is my 2013 Arctic Cat 1100 Turbo, 3 inch straight pipe, and newly installed Slydog Powderhound Skis and EVO BRV. I am very happy with the Slydogs after coming off powder pros. The snow was super soft and waste deep but the sled had excellent flotation which you can see in the video. Nothing exciting as we were exhausted after riding 150 miles but the area was beautiful.

On the trail and in powder, they are hands down my favorite over stock and SLP Powder Pros. On the trail, they are easier to steer and do not dart as much. They float in shallow packed snow vs. digging down like my Powder Pros. The powder is were they dominate. They really keep the bulk head up and out of the snow. Coming off lips and small drops is a treat now. I have not made up my mind on counter steering and side hilling. No worse than the Powder Pros but need more time to see if they are better. I'll be playing with shock pressures this weekend.

I have been running the sly dogs for 2 season's on the T1100- the weight off the front is the best thing.. they flex when you need them to, and are very durable- Floation is best on the powder hounds than the regular style- and the new keel on the hell hounds skis by slydogs are going on this weekend... so far if anyone is on the fence- the dog's are worth the money IMHO.
