Sorry the live sound from that helmet cam really sucks. Too much wind sound. I need to try the foam thing that was suggested but forgot to do it last time out.

I also like the second one better. Neat to see first tracks in the snow for a video..well done

Helmet cam footage adds the "from the driver seat" perspective. Good to mix it in. Good job...jmho:beer;

2nd one is better.

I do have one BIG beef though. Don't you know that you can't sidehill or carve an XP??? I have read this on many snowest threads.

The 1st thing that caught my eye in the 1st vid was 2 dudes on the same hill side hilling it under a huge Cornice above!
Oh, and the nasty azz terrain trap below!!!

We are not too worried about it there. While it looks somewhat steep on the video it really isn't all that steep at all and the hill is not all that long. If an Avy happend there it would loose its momentum before it even reached the trees.

On a side note, I know it can happen anytime but i have never seen an avy go to the bottom of that hill in my 20+ years of riding. Some hills are more dangerous than others, and this hill is a low risk hill compard to many of the other hills we climb.

Helment cam is to Blair Witch like for me. Bounces around to much.

I'll try to keep the shaky parts out of the helmet cam footage for next time.
I don't think too many like the sped up parts of the video either. Just trying different things with the helmet cam.

Footage was pretty cool, IMO its amazing how a great song will add that much more to cool sledding.:musicnote::musicnote:
I'll be in that neighborhood this weekend, hoping we've got snow like on your videos:)

How did you find time to edit vids with a new one in the family??.....Congrat's to you!!!!!

Second vid....Second vid is good. Music selection is a good choice. Second vid overall is better. Virgin snow would have been awesome yet for recording. Certainly, this video has more class

First vid....... Jumps on the first vid is good, too..not sure about the vid inside vid thing.

Slow vids are always the key to a good video....this way watchers can feel the sled being maneuvered.

Keep up the good work

Well I had started it before he came but now he just sleeps in my arms while I play with the video. That's about all he does is sleep, eat and poop. :)

I think I am going to try something different with the helmet cam now.
