Vibration in the Pro

I took the new pro out for a break-in ride last night. Everything went well, but I noticed much more vibration in the bars than my Dragon has. I had that tingly hand feeling after the ride, kind of like I just just used a weed eater for an hour.

Normal for the Pro?

The right side panel also rattles a lot. Going to need to figure this one out before it drives me crazy.

stiffer chassis means more vibration. as for the panel, you can adjust the lower panel the side panel pops into, a little adjustment here will usually fix the rattle. if that doesn't help and its the heatshield for the muffler rattleing against the can you may have to give it a tweak...

A picture of where you are doing this adjustment would help. Looked at mine and not sure where you are talking about.

i didn't notice a big difference between my dragon and pro. first thing i would suggest is to have the clutch balanced. the none of the factory balances are all that fantastic.

Ben I have been around several 12 PRO's they all have the same "just off idle" shutter. Doesn't seem to be an issue on the snow.
