verizon wireless internet

Does anyone use the Wireless internet through Verizon wireless, or any other provider for that matter? Thinking it might be a better alternative so I can use the computer at the office and my house (once i find a place) instead of having to have it hooked up at each place.. Let me know what you think.

I have Alltel wireless, I like it because all i can get at my place is dial up unless I want to spend 500 for equipment. It's not as fast as high speed but a lot faster than dial up. I can use anywhere I have service which I've only found one place so far. I use when riding down the road as long as I can keep service.

How much does that usually run you? are the wirelesss plans pretty easy to stay within the limits? i never have really payed attention to how many sites, and time on I use up...

Verizon just unveiled a very neat little device called "MiFi"...it turns you into a mobile internet hub. Here's a link for more info:

Alltel is 60 a month with unlimited access. I've had it for about a year and 1/2 and at the time Verizon was by the minute with some free can't remember how many. I have pretty good service here with Alltel that's what I have my phone with so all on one bill. Verizon was cheaper and a little faster (not much) but I didn't want to keep track of my minuets cause they really getcha that way.

I have verizon wireless, very slow, but faster than dial up. 50 a month.

I have verizon. 5 GB limit a month. You can hit it really easily if you download a lot of music / movies. After that it is .25 dollars a MB..

I like the ability to have internet where ever I go (as long as there is cell reception) but it is not as fast as cable. Cost is around 60 a month in the Seattle / East side area.
